Use Vogal freely, subscribe through Apple if you want Premium and, in the community, respect other people. We have zero tolerance for offensive, illegal or abusive content.
Who provides Vogal
Vogal Keyboard is a product of JurisOrdem Tecnologia LTDA, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 69.848.942/0001-20). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
You may use Vogal on your Apple devices, for personal use. The license of the app downloaded from the App Store follows Apple's standard license agreement, together with these terms. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.
Vogal Premium
The app is free with limited features. Vogal Premium is a yearly subscription, with a 1-week free trial for those who have not used it yet, sold and charged by Apple on your Apple Account at the price shown on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically every year; cancel in iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund requests are made to Apple.
Community rules
When you publish a theme or reserve an @, you are responsible for its name and content. You may not publish anything that is:
- offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or hateful;
- a threat, harassment or an attack on someone;
- illegal, or that infringes other people's rights, such as trademarks and copyright;
- spam, or an attempt to impersonate another person or company.
Anyone can report a theme and block an @ in the app. We review reports within 24 hours: whatever breaks these rules is removed, and repeat offenders may have all their themes hidden and their @ taken away, without notice.
Your content
Your theme remains yours. By publishing it, you allow us to display and distribute it inside Vogal and through theme links, free of charge, for as long as it is published. You can remove it from the community whenever you want; people who already downloaded it keep their copy.
Privacy
What we do with data is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranties beyond the law
Vogal is provided as is. Some apps and fields, such as password fields, do not accept third-party keyboards. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Important changes are also announced in the app.
Law and venue
The laws of Brazil apply, with the courts of the consumer's place of residence, without removing the rights your country's law guarantees.
